My name is Ashleigh Kemp and I’m a second year student at Evolve College of Massage Therapy. I have a background as a Certified Personal Trainer, and I believe that strength training is an essential component of healing. I am passionate about helping clients move better, recover faster and return to the activities they love.
My goal is to identify the root cause of your tension and to create an individualized treatment plan based on my assessment. Myofascial work is an important part of my treatments, as I use it to assess for imbalance in the body and to release it. I support stress and anxiety by helping regulate the nervous system and encouraging a parasympathetic shift. I strive to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment where you can unwind.
