Dr. Sara Korsunsky, ND is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and welcomes patients of all ages. She has a special passion for supporting those with autoimmune conditions, skin health, pediatric care, mental and hormonal balance, and integrative cancer care. Trained in the terrain-based Metabolic Approach to Cancer with Dr. Nasha Winters, she is the first Canadian graduate of the program and collaborates with doctors worldwide. Living with autoimmunity herself while raising a young family, Dr. Korsunsky brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her patients, offering wisdom, compassion, and perspective.

Her practice combines functional medicine, advanced lab testing, acupuncture, IV therapies, weight management, homeopathy, herbal medicine, Gemmotherapy, Organotherapy, and cosmetic acupuncture for skin health and healthy aging. She empowers patients to make sustainable changes through nutrition, lifestyle, and natural therapies always with patience, humour, and support. A lifelong athlete and former gymnast, Dr. Korsunsky maintains an active lifestyle with yoga, running, swimming, and strength training, while also practicing intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet. She speaks English and French, and loves gardening both indoors and out.

Her Approach to Cancer Care Dr. Korsunsky believes cancer is not simply “bad luck” or genetics it is a multifactorial condition influenced by toxins, nutrition, stress, gut health, inflammation, and infections. She works to address the whole person and the underlying terrain that allows cancer to develop, helping to stop or slow the process and create an environment that supports healing. While faulty genes contribute to only about 5% of cancers, lifestyle and environment play a much greater role. With this in mind, she offers integrative, individualized treatment plans that can work alongside conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiation.
