Registered Holistic Nutritionist
Courtney offers primarily VIRTUAL sessions, with in-person appointments available every 6 weeks.
Holistic Nutritionists are trained professionals who take a natural, science-based approach to health, treating each individual as unique. This approach emphasizes addressing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—to achieve optimal health and vitality. By focusing on uncovering root causes, Holistic Nutrition aims to treat the whole person rather than just managing symptoms.
